During 2004 NOVA University
Network made an effort in establishing an organizational structure
and functions that correspond to the mission. A decentralization,
in the form of local NOVA teams, will hopefully facilitate increased
efficiency and define the various areas of responsibility.
From 1st of January 2007, the Executive Committee is responsible for
operative decisions and the NOVA Secretariat has representation both
in Alnarp and at NVH.
