NOVA board

The NOVA University Network is governed by a board consisting of the rectors and deans from the member institutions and one student representative.
The board define the mission of the NOVA University Network and state the vision, the long-term objectives and the strategy.
The chair and the vice-chair of the board are elected from among the board members. The two of the constitute the Executive Committee with the NOVA rector serving as secretary. The positions are normally held for a three-year term, rotating among the member institutions.
