Definitions & Criteria

The Nordic Urban Forestry & Urban Greening network has existed since 2000 when five professors and leading administrators in forestry and landscape architecture in the Øresund Region came upon the idea of joining interests and expertise within the field of Urban Forestry and Urban Greening, into one course, preferable in a Master’s programme. Since then a Nordic Network consisting of researchers from different universities have been working with developing a structure for the programme and courses.
