A new strategy - a new future
NOVA will continue to focus on PhD and MSc level cooperation. A new strategy will be launched in the beginning of 2007.

A new member
NOVA has invited a new member. The Forest Faculty at University of Juensuu will negotiate during 2007 for full membership in NOVA from 2008.

A new leadership model and secretariat in NOVA, from 2007.
NOVA rector will be substituted by the chairman of NOVA board (Lars Moe, NVH) and the chairman of KUF (Trine Hvoslef-Eide, UMB)
Shared secretariat:
Secretary General in Alnarp (Knut Wålstedt)
Central NOVA coordinator at NVH (Hannah Jörgensen)
Chairman of NOVA board, chairman of KUF and central NOVA coordinator will rotate.
Chairman of NOVA board, chairman of KUF, Secretary general and Central NOVA coordinator, together with one student representative, constitutes the Executive Committee.
