1. Is NOVA UN a top-down or bottom-up
governed organisation? Why?
2. Why is division of competence between
NOVA UN member institutions lacking? Should NOVA UN focus on
sharing of competence rather than division of competence (in
line with Bologna)?
3. Do we want to make the NOVA PhD courses
more international, and do we want to charge fees from external
students?
4. What is the added values of NOVA
UN for your institution? List the most important.
5. Should NOVA concentrate on Nordic
cooperation in higher education, or should we also stimulate
research cooperation?
6. Why is the PhD courses regarded as
a success? What characterises the PhD courses (sharing or division
of competence?)? Who are the stakeholders or customers? Other
