Course abstract

The aim of the course is to introduce PhD students to various research methodologies relevant to research in organic food and farming on the highest academic level, to give them a competencies to reflect on the methodologies used in their own research projects, to enable them to engage in a critical discourse on the highest academic level regarding the use and applicability of methodologies, and to decide on and apply relevant research approaches and methods for future research projects they may engage in.
